I love the middle one and the bottom one, but all three are great sayings!

Aww what cute little pups! Sadly I only have one rat right now, her cage mate passed away a few months ago, and since I may be moving out next year for college so I don't want to get more until I know I can have them in the apartment. If I can though I want more ratties, they are just the best companions!

To get them used to human handling, baby rats are best handled as soon as their eyes are open or near enough; they get used to your smell quickly and learn that you're not going to hurt them, plus they need to be checked to make sure they're doing alright (making sure their mum hasn't accidentally bitten off toes through vigorous cleaning, for example.) I don't approve of handling pinkies but rats this age are fine. They're like warm velvet at this stage.
